Sausage and Mash - What do you have with yours?

Fried onions first. 

Don't really care about gravy on the whole, do like it with this but could easily just have buttery mash and some sort of chutney with the sausages. 

 

Would prefer a plate of sausages and colcannon

Gravy or onion gravy. I only like mushy peas so the garden shite that normally accompanies this is a no from me.

Sausage (you have to hunt hard for decent sausage over here - place in Saskatchewan- Ottenbreits- is marvellous but your standard sausage here is supermarket hot and mild Italian- although you can get a decent chorizo but none of those belong on a sausage and mash plate)

I quite like a pie with beans. It’s a bit mucky, but I don’t ‘hate’ when they have a little bit of a kiss.
