I know the Tories will (probably unless they appoint someone like Patel) get a new leader bounce but this is pretty dreadful for them. Labour 2019 territory.

It’s okay, Owen Jones his doing his bit whilst Starmer is starting to set out plans to stop private schools charity status and VAT exemption in order to fund state schools, and taking a 15 point lead in the polls (a near 45 point swing since the previous leader) Jones is writing in the Guardian how ‘Starmer’ party lacks any kind of political vision to actively appeal to voters’, calling him serially dishonest. I fucking hate Tory enablers like Owen Jones. Of course, it’s all down to Starmer copying Corbyn’s ideas and it’s just the Tory implosion responsible for the lead (hideous assertion from him). Evolve blog dismissed his speech as ‘jabbering on about a magic money tree’. Tory enabling cunts.

Just had a look at his timeline, it's pretty much wall to wall anti Starmer, including one retweet about Corbyn being more popular than Blair and Starmer.

Er yeah, great.

I'd like to build a council house on Owen Jones's head, and fill it with a heterosexual family who all work in a union job for British Aerospace building nuclear submarines.

I fucking hate him. The shit he writes will only push away left leaning Labour supporters. He always finds something to cry about.

He isn’t stupid, so I can only deduce that he is deliberately trying to do damage to the only candidate who will be any left-leaning politics. Tribal fucker.

This is it, mate. I’ve been saying it for nearly two years now. They care more about bringing down Starmer than beating the Tories. They need to be ousted. Not because they’re left-wing, it is nothing to do with ideology, but because they’re sabotaging the bid to get a centre-left government in power over a right wing government. So, what the fuck are they good for…

Absolutely nothing. Say it again, y'all.

Great. Have that stuck in my head all day now.

I think it's a grift.

Basically Twitter and YouTube is filled to the brim with people who peddle outrage and cash in accordingly. Some people do it from the left, others do it from the right, others do it about Star Wars or vaccines. The cynic in me makes me wonder if that's why he's always obsessing over transgender stuff, because it's a market in itself.

I've no doubt that Owen Jones, along with a lot of 'socialists', would rather a Tory victory at the next election than a Labour victory under the Corbynfinder General. That's how petty, tribalistic, and consumed with resentment these cunts are.

Aye, we all need to be balls out behind our leader like 2017 and 2019.

Fucking ‘socialists’

Well, I was, even though he was to the left of me.

If you want to get rid of the Tories, like actually get rid of them, then they offer the best option in the majority of seats. And fuck harking on about what 'them lot did in 2019'.

Ah, there it is. It’s okay because it happened to Corbyn. Except, you were against those ones, just not these one. Some of us were against both because some of us actually want the Tories gone.

Thankfully, you can’t read this so you can carry on living in your carefully manicured echo chamber.

Fair enough if you did, and I will probably vote for Starmer’s Labour even though I dislike him intensely, but 2019 was not long ago and in the interim Starmer has waged a war on the left so you can’t really be surprised if Leftists eyebrows hit the roof at the centre/ right lecturing them about loyalty.

You have a point, I’m an unapologetic Blairite but I must admit I have a problem with Starmers dishonesty with regard to his promises made to get elected and his subsequent actions. If I was a leftie I would be angry and so I can see where you’re coming from.

I agree with that, but it still astounds me that with what has happened this week concerning the Tory party, Jones is moaning about Starmer. It's kind of mental.

What dishonesty? He made pledges, he hasn’t made a manifesto or been in power yet.
