I had to pull a couple of ticks off our dog last year, truly horrible things. I put the fuckers in a glass of bleach and they were still moving around when I flushed them down the drain.

Anyone remember the ladybird plague in the 1976 drought? Absolutely loads of the little buggers everywhere, at least they're quite pleasant to look at and don't bite or anything.

Predictable as fuck those bug war things. Multiple small ones always beat one big one.

It's like River Monsters, or as I call it "Oh it's a catfish for a change ".

I've never seen a monster yet on that despite his displays of being nervousness about what might be on the end of the line and tales of local legends, your right another fuckkn' Catfish.

Found eating my blackberry (they are good).

The moths are lovely.  I'm calling this one Automeris stig on account of it being small, poisonous and unnecessarily  aggressive.  That and the fact that last night I found him staggering around in a pool of, presumably fermented, blackberry juice.

Woke up to the biggest bee I've ever seen in my life in the kitchen this morning. She heard it buzzing, I'd walked past it without noticing it a few times but we found it at the bottom of the window. She's shit scared of the things so you can imagine the drama she made out of it. Seriously through this thing was the size of a champagne cork, probably longer but as fat. I opened the window at the top but the thing wouldn't fly up so I'm jostling with it through the blinds while its arse is wiggling like a bastard. Finally managed to shoo it out using the 2nd local mayoral elections pamphlet I've had in 5 days. She reckons its a queen bee thats been hibernating in the house over winter. We haven't had windows open since Saturday and even then I'm sure I'd have noticed it so fuck knows how or when its got in.

I've since had to get rid of two more. Fuck knows where they are getting in-from but looks like we've got a nest. Great. To make matters worse, where my missus isn't terrified of spiders and I am, she's absolutely petrified of bee's and wasps. Her screaming this morning was pathetic. Wait till I tell her I've since had to chase two more out.

Sounds like you need a honey badger.
