Danny, the Champion of the World by a mile. It’s incredible.

Charlie and the chocolate factory is an easy choice for me, probably because the original movie adaptation is a timeless classic.

I've never read that. I don't recall any big budget movie adaptations for it either, which you'd think there would be as many other Dahl Books have been made into films.
