We've earned it so should take it no matter how it comes then win it again next season.

This. Plus imagine what a blow it would be to those players who’ve put all that effort in. Fuck that. We’ll take it, thank you very much.

And this

Well I just sat through and watched Halifax play Ebbsfleet in the National League in front of an admittedly sparse crowd. But the game went ahead so why the fuck is the PL, EFL suspended because a player here and there 'may' have the virus? Im confused.

My mate worked that today. Good game?

Think it's to do with social gatherings over 1000 people which France and Germany have introduced.

But Wrexham normally get a half decent crowd and Southport so doesnt really make sense.

These are unprecedented times, the most likely scenario is that all standings will remain the same with 75% of the season complete. In truth, given the current situation, I cant see another game being played this season. Reading between the lines the general consensus of the premier league would be to award us the trophy, but each CEO of every premier club will have their own agenda, I would not rule anything out at this stage. Just look at Italy and Spain 2 weeks ahead of us and in complete lock down.

It seems like only Spurs and West Ham wanted to void

If we don't get to finish the season, they will have their victory because they will be blabbing on forever that we hadn't definitely won the league or they will take solace we never got to have the joy of lifting the trophy.

Yeah fuck that. Games haven't been cancelled because of other managers' health issues in the past.

I'd rather they blabbed on forever over that than gloating over it being made void .

You only have to look how the Gerrard song gets an airing from every gobshite set of fans  and that's from 6 years ago

This is the same tiny minority that would blab on forever about PEDs, VAR, PL conspiracies etc. if we finish the season. Everyone else (i.e. people in football with a functioning brain) recognise that we're deserving champions.

As for not having the joy of lifting the trophy, that would be a bit shit but should be good extra motivation to win number 20 in front of the fans.

We get awarded this years title then Man City get investigation and have al their dodgy titles stripped, including the 2014 one.

Which effectively gives us 20, fucking the Mancs right off. I like the cut of your jib.

There are withdrawal symptoms, and then there is sheer desperation.
