Demonic Comings builds a house without planning permission doesn't pay council tax on it for years either and they've decided he doesnt have to back pay it because of a time limit. Horse shit. Knock the fucker down and tell him to apply for planning permission and then make him pay his unpaid  council tax. I hate cancel culture but this prick needs sacking.

It's probably intentional, if they wanted to hide it they could have just told Cummings to pay it and they'll give him the cash back as a Christmas bonus, but it's better to write it off and let everyone know about it.
