Is anyone confident that this will be an independent investigation?

Wait the results of the inquiry, when we will find no wrong doings.

Like lying to a public inquiry about knowing who paid for the flat decorations, nothing to see here, no rules broken

DUP enabled the last Tory government and allowed cuntface to run a wrecking ball through the peace process, fuck him and 6,000 year old dinosaur he rode in on.

Once again, as is ever the case, all you'll see now, in the media, on main street, in the Commons, is two faced cunts bemoaning the behaviour of people they enabled because, although they won't admit it,  they were quite happy with the idea that only other people would suffer under their yoke, and not them. Covid though, is the great leveller.

The way you have to have a Covid passport to get into night clubs, you should have to have a 'I didn't vote Tory' passport before you can expect any sympathy whatsoever.

If only we'd known that sort of following the Covid rules and working really hard at your job meant you could ignore lockdown and throw a party in your back garden?

Still think this is an inside job to ensure Boris departs later in the year so they can install a new leader for an election in 18 months time. The Tory party will then neatly step away from the existing government's car crash and convince enough of the electorate that it wasn't them and you couldn't possibly hold them responsible for the actions of the previous regime...as they always do.

There's definitely an element of that.

Don't know if you've ever read The Man in the High Castle but there's a bit in it where Robert Childan, a guy who sells Americana and memorabilia, is trying to peddle a fake Wild West revolver to Frank Fink, and Fink tells him it's fake. Childan knows it's fake, everyone knows they're fake, everyone who sells - or buys them - knows they're fake, but the fact someone says it to his face blows his whole world apart for the rest of the book.

This is how these cunts work, and have worked, for eternity. You can be corrupt, you can exchange favours and make deals in hushed rooms, bum boys in the park and piss on prostitutes, walk out of prison and get a book deal, anything you want - as long as you're in the club, as soon as you're not, everyone starts pointing these things out as though it's an outrage which they're shocked and appalled by, but it just simply means your privileges have been revoked.

He was on 5 live this morning slabbering the same pish. If I found the likes of him or Johnson, lying in a pool of blood in the middle of the road, I would need a hip replacement by the time I finished kicking them.

I don't think he is surviving this. The tories are fed up and the polls are turning against him, this will just make things worse. He's becoming too toxic in the same way Trump did. You can keep saying that people will just forget about this but its not showing in the polls. They are fed up of being taken the piss out of and a couple of loons on twitter defending him doesn't change that. The tory power brokers can see it coming and has been said theres probably plenty more ammo in the locker.

It is starting to feel like it's only a matter of time now before he goes. I'm sure it was the plan all along for a number of the tory party just to use him to defeat Corbyn and then return to a more traditional tory cunt.
