Control. Ruthlessness. Obduracy. Creativity. Optimisation of resources. Drive. Intelligence. Legs. Effervescence. Right stuff. Organisation. Cleverless. Know-how.

I don't ask for much (you lot do!).

I regularly say we should keep doing what we have been doing all season. However, it would be nice if we could put in a performance like Leicester away every once in a while, where the dominance is absolute and where we are close to 100% effective all over the pitch and in every situation. We play 2 league games before City play their next league game (which is the Manc derby), so we could effectively build a lead of 28 points on them. That is 10 games they need just to catch up, and they only have 11 games left. Let's not dwell on that though. Just focus on the Watford game and get the 3 points.

Watford is a tricky one as they play some decent stuff but struggle to score, plus their new manager bounce has been flat for a few games now. If we do our thing we'll get the 3 points.

We’ve struggled against Norwich and West Ham, both in the relegation zone. Watford are sandwiched between them but are a better side at the merment.

Hopefully last night was a bit of a kick up the arse. I want that consecutive win record to be ours and ours alone.

Same narrative.

1-0.

1-1.

Origi subbed.

90+5' Origi cunting Watford in the bastard.

Klopp and co. passes the hot potato and states City are most likely to win the league.

Everyone remains clenched.

Sunday is beautiful.

TLW regulars questions everyones faith and calls everyone hysterical fannies.

Stig marches on.

The weather remains piss poor.

29/02/1896 W 7-0, vs. Burton Swifts

29/02/1908 W 3-1, vs. Bristol City

29/02/1936 L 3-0, vs. Aston Villa

29/02/1956 W 1-0, vs. Leeds Utd.

29/02/1992 D 0-0, vs. Southampton

The evidence is clear, we haven’t won on Leap Day in the top division since 1908.

A lot more likely than anyone listing these so called superb performances.   Of which there's been zero.
