Right I've tried to persevere with Libre but it's just not Office. Especially excel.

Anyone know where there's hooky versions of excel I can report to the police?

I was never a big fan of LibreOffice, it often used to crash halfway through creating a spreadsheet. I have Excel - I think I got a cheap code for an older version which I can let you know in due course how I got it - but I still also use WPS Office which I found infinitely superior to LibreOffice. It's free and can also be subscribed to but I haven't and it's comparable to Excel.

If you want the functionality of Office why not just pay for it? Especially if you're using for your business.

You get bare-bones versions of the standard Office suite apps (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) with an Outlook (Hotmail) account. Some functionality has been stripped away, but if you're not doing anything fancy they should be fine.
