Fixture congestion - I love it!

Because of fixture congestion we’ve had Arsenal, Aston Villa, Everton, Shrewsbury away and Shrewsbury home.

Because of fixture congestion we’ve had this wonderful opportunity to help our younger players develop in their stride to become huge assets for our club.

Because of fixture congestion new talents around the world would look at Liverpool thinking: There’s the place to go, there’s the place I might reach my dreams.

Because of fixture congestion we’ve had the opportunity to say a big F*** Y** to people who think they’re better than others just because they whipped each other’s asses at Eton (FA).

I do hope fixture congestion will be a big “problem” for us next season as well.

Looking at performances since, the Villa game was more a learning experience than anything more demoralising.  

 

Watching these lads play has been another great part of a phenomenal season.
