To be fair, it’s not players like Suarez that need binning. 
 

Although I’ve been reading a couple of knee of injuries have taken their toll on him.

That club is going to be absolutely fucked when Messi goes next summer, they need to invest so much..... it’s mad they haven’t really brought much youth through in recent years who have made a big impact when you think that La Masia is supposed to be the benchmark to develop players.

The big money signings they’ve made in the last 3/4 years have all been horrendous

To think of the difference in the trajectories the two clubs were taking went Suarez left us for them. The crushing reality of how long it would take the side to get over the loss of such a genius one-off player.

 

Now 6 years later he’s leaving them to the collective shrug of our shoulders, they’re fucked and we’re one of a Jeremy Beadle-sized handful of clubs with a claim to be best in the world. We’re also realistically top of that pile. 
 

Couldn’t happen to a nicer gang of cunts. I’m so glad we played and neutered them while he was still there. We needed that result in particular as a club, complete closure on his time here and how much more we needed him than the other way round.
