Apparently it's not just a case of throwing the ball far, he helps with the tactical play, much like how you'd practice certain runs from corners and indirect free kicks.

Our retention of possession from throw ins is really high compared to other teams, even if we've already learned everything he knows it's worth paying to retain him just so another team doesn't nab him and learn his tricks.

It’s a non-exclusive contract this time around, although he says he won’t coach another top-six club at the same time.

I’m not sure if I’m super comfortable with Origi, Minamino and Ox as our only forward options outside of the main three starters next year. We could do with proper competition upfront like we have in midfield. I really think so.

Rather have Shaqiri than any of those 3

So he can go and teach everton

I hope Ancelotti does just that.  Imagine the fume from the Bitters if they have a coach who helped the redshite confirm their superiority across Europe, England and especially their home city ?

Glorious.

Just seen on the Beeb that Villa, Bayern Munich & Bologna are looking at bringing in Aaron Hickey from Hearts.

He'd be a perfect signing for us as backup to Robbo. The fee being quoted in the article is £1.5m.

The lad is only 18, but has 34 senior appearances under his belt already.

Hearts have played him primarily at left back, but he's equally capable of playing on the opposite flank, and a little further forward too, if playing in a traditional 4-4-2.
