I think we'll be at our best when we need to be at our best. The amazing thiing about this team is how well it economises on its energy. They do as much as they have to do in each match. That's how teams win titles, but I'm not sure any other team has done it as well as this one.

Our game management is fantastic. Stepping up the pace or slowing it down as necessary.

The old title-winning teams did that with massive help from being able to pass the ball back to the keeper. I remember games in which little happened after about 70 minutes except us getting the ball, passing it back, getting the ball again, passing it back again, etc etc. The way we husband energy these days, when there's so little chance for a break, is incredibly impressive.

If you split Liverpool's current points tally into two sides: 'Liverpool Home' and 'Liverpool Away'

Liverpool Home would sit 5th in the Premier League table, with 39 points, 2 points behind Chelsea

Liverpool Away would sit in joint-5th placed (along with Man United, Spurs & Wolves) on 34 points.
