It’s not like there’s a fixed point on idiocy though, is it?

Just what we need, another financially doped up set of cunts

I'm sure the FFP rules will ensure no chance of that happening

It'll be interesting to see the explanation for how a man who had a journalist chopped up was able to pass the fit and proper person test.

I'd rather beheading for the Championship than have somebody like that owning us.

It will take 5 years of overspending on slight upgrades at even crack the top 4. On a positive side for a team like Man utd who need a complete overhaul it will be a pain in the arse as all player prices will go up.

In the short term for us it should have less of an impact as we will only need to add 1 or 2 players per season.

Long term it would be another financially doped club vying for the league with limitless resources.

PL need to grow a set of balls and take city to task over FFP just to stop the influx of more oil money coming into the game.

After what happened to that journalist in an embassy, murdered and chopped to pieces because he reported the truth about power all whilst his wife was sat outside, it's fucking obscene they're allowed to do any business in this country. But this country turned a blind eye because money is involved. Football turned a blind eye over slavery and deaths in building stadiums for a world cup. Fit and proper owners my arse, it just means will banks be out of pocket if these owners have bitten off more than they can chew.

What a shock it'll be for the English speaking Saudi representatives, when the arrive to realise they can't understand a single word that is being spoken to them.

Relax, that Amanda Staverley is involved. They're trying to make out the Saudi crown prince is buying them but he's not, he just has links to a company that is supposedly one of Staverley's backers.

This isnt a mansourish buy out.

Another oil club to compete against and to eventually overcome. If this happens, make no mistake Newcastle are going to become a major force.

I'm sure most Geordies would support this. They'd take anyone over Ashley, even if it's a murderous tyrant ruler from the Middle East.
