I do too propose doing absolutely fuck all productive for Boris.

Nice to know ow he takes up an intensive care bed "incase he needs a ventilator" Whilst many are laying on the ground with no bed or ventilator available.

When Boris spoke about herd immunity, that was kind of wishing death on people.  A lot of death.  It was only the other day that Prof Medley of Imperial College spoke about "letting people catch the virus in the least deadly way", or words to that effect.

I believe that BJ's poor response to this virus will cause a lot of deaths which would have been preventable had he treated this pandemic with the respect it deserves.   This was a massive opportunity for him to go down as a truly great Prime Minister.  He could have done any number of things; halting inbound infections (flights), aggressive testing, contact tracing.   Instead, he was quite happy to move from containment straight to mitigation - a move met with incredulity from the scientific community around the world.

The Tory party has fucked the NHS for over a decade.  They have placed all of us in jeapordy.  I don't want him to die but that's as far as my sympathy extends.

Difficult to argue with any of that .

I agree, but don't you think it would be the same scenario whoever it was from whatever party? I think it would.

He's possibly on one but the powers that be don't want to say it

More to do with £££ than party.

The poor always have and always will be expendable.

Very worrying, no matter what you think of his politics, wishing someone dead doesn’t extend to him as far as I’m concerned. Bit of a toff and an oaf but it takes all sorts. I certainly don’t think he’s evil.

This should hopefully be a wake up call to all the dickheads who think this is a joke and ‘a touch of the sniffles unless you already have stage 5 cancer or are 103 years old and have a dodgy ticker’

If he dies it’ll cause massive panic because it’ll show that if you get the bad version of it you’re fucked no matter what medical care you get.

ive several family members in the at risk group and I’m shitting it, I’ve ordered them all to stay inside while I’ve been out doing the shopping / medicine runs etc when I haven’t had to work because I would have happily took one for the team as I’m 30’s, decent health etc so assumed even if I got it I’d be ok after a few days. I don’t even care about me if I get the bad version but it’s made me think about who’ll be left to look after my kids and parents.
See the big picture - if the Prime Minister ends up in a dire state it can legitimately happen to anyone.

I'm not wishing him dead but I wont give one single fuck if he does snuff it. There's people who've put their lives on the line throughout the country and died because they couldn't be kitted out with the proper PPE.

More front line workers will sadly not make it through all this because of his parties actions.

Going to be a long night for Kuntsberg.

That's the hysterical way of looking at it. The truth is, he probably already was not in great health, he would have come into contact with so many people who may have had the virus which would have increased the viral load because he's a politician with a massive social circle, and finally there's no treatment for this yet, so the best medical care in the world doesn't make an ounce of difference if it gets to a stage where it's deep in your lungs.

What percentage of the population do you think are in ‘great health’?

Not that high. But Boris is a pudgy middle aged man with a job where the stress is immensely above normal. That he's struggling shouldn't be a surprise.

And like I said, it's probably not aided by the fact that his job involves being around a shit load of people and constantly shaking hands with them.

Agreed. If you look at it from the perspective that he's a 55 year old male that's overweight, smoked? Is stressed and probably hasn't rested enough then it's less of a shock.

Yes, but who was it that said that there is no country in the world whatever ideology they have, the majority will always live under the boot of the elite.

Capitalist, Socialist or whatever there will always be an elite sadly, there will always be and always has been that most distasteful element of  human nature which is greed.

My point was more that he’ll be getting the best medical care available and if that doesn’t help then it’ll very quickly make things very real to a lot of people all of a sudden. It’s not ‘hysterical’ to point that out.

I looked up his height and weight yesterday. Five foot nine and sixteen and a half stone isn't exactly healthy.

Yeah if he's in serious danger then he will have more access to some of the drugs and treatments that have shown positive progress than the average man off the street would.

From everything I have read though it sounds like most people that get Covid 19 will be fine but if the disease gets a good hold of you then it really wrecks havoc in your body.

No, I see what you are saying. If a prime minister dieing from a desease doesn't scare the shut out of the country, I don't know what will.

The best outcome here is he gets considerably worse but pulls through. He's strikes me as a man that knows the value of nothing, as serious dose of reality for him and his family could have serious long term benefits for all concerned. I'd like to think someone who's been to the brink will be more appreciative of live from here on in. In saying that if 500 people have to die tomorrow I'd rather new 499 and him than 500 innocent individual's.

It's OK I know mine. Cunts the same one's that weren't out for the NHS worker's.
