I'd love to know how many double-jabbed individuals are "infecting and killing" people.

It's irrelevant to the discussion at hand. There is no legal requirement to be vaccinated. Not yet, anyway.

Nevertheless, I'd imagine quite a lot of double jabbed people are infecting and killing others because they themselves are being infected and killed.

Is "quite a lot" an appropriate term to use when covid isn't in the current top 20 causes of death?

As far as infections are concerned, yes. 10,000+ a day is a lot.  The deaths tend to lag behind but there will be a fair few in the post.

I think when in the space of a year and a half, 3.78 million people have died of this virus with 127k in the UK alone it's fair to expect people to exercise a bit of caution and be sensible. Especially given that restrictions have now lifted and we've seen a spike in cases. Mind you, it's hard not to forget the people who were against masks even when the UK death rate was over 500 a day.

Exercise a bit of caution and human decency. It's really not difficult. Masks aren't going to banish covid of course but they do help and they also help many of the the elderly and vulnerable feel a bit more safe when shopping.

I’d love to know how people refusing to be vaccinated are in the same category.

I'm not refusing to be vaccinated.  I'm undecided and in any event there is no legal requirement for me to do so.

Moreover, I will not be taking to twitter and attempting to persuade people not to be vaccinated.

Youve been offered it and haven’t had it. To date, you’ve refused it.

I see old people as more of a burden than as human beings, how about you?

I don't really hang around with them, but I've had a vaccine for a disease that poses negligible personal risk to me, just to be on the safe side; how about you?

In Tesco Formby this afternoon , the first time I can remember for months that any people were wandering around there maskless. Two cocky looking young lads ( separate ) and strangely a bloke in his 40's who was with quite a large family unit ( wife and 3 kids )  who all had masks on

Just heard my 75 year old uncle is in hospital and critical, both jabs but he has agoraphobia and his immune system is not good. Praying here.

Hope he pulls through, VD.

My 2nd jab was booked for July 3rd, but got an email and text off the nhs today with links to cancel it and book sooner.

Had a look and bloody hell can have it done as soon as 9am tomorrow morning, so decided to get it done and out way.
