Peston, Toby Youngs, that little skinny tory prick with the weird hair who is begging to be relevant whose name I can't even think of, Carole Malone, Goves ugly fucking wife and the rest.... they're all hideous rotten helmet cunts.

If I lived in London I'd likely not be able to stop myself finding Young one night.  These cunts can't get away with this, hate speech mongers and though the subject changes the vitriol and bile is fucking off the scale.  They defy Darwinism, lucky cunts so far.

They’re in favour of a form of Darwinism, that’s why they’re like this.

They’re biological supremacists.

If The Joker ran for public office on a manifesto of saving society by putting a bullet in everyone over 70, and redistributing their houses and wealth...how many votes do you think he'd get?  Apart from Toby Young's?

I'm waiting for the Logans run once you turn 30 you're off to the knackers yard society.

MP Margaret Ferrier charged in Scotland in connection to Covid breach

Scottish MP Margaret Ferrier has been arrested and charged in connection with coronavirus restrictions.

Police Scotland confirmed a 60-year-old woman has been charged with culpable and reckless conduct over an alleged breach of coronavirus regulations between September 26 and 29 2020.

A spokesperson for the force said: 'We can confirm that officers today arrested and charged a 60-year-old woman in connection with alleged culpable and reckless conduct.

'This follows a thorough investigation by Police Scotland into an alleged breach of coronavirus regulations between 26 and 29 September 2020.

'A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal and we are unable to comment further.'

Ms Ferrier, 60, sparked outrage in October after admitting she had travelled by train from her constituency near Glasgow to London while awaiting the results of a Covid test at the end of September.

She spoke in the Commons that night and then travelled back to Scotland the following day after being told the test was positive.

The Metropolitan Police said in October that because Ms Ferrier took a coronavirus test on September 26 - and travelled to London two days later - she could not face action under the Health Protection Regulations 2020, because they only came into effect on September 29.

Despite facing pressure to resign her seat, Ms Ferrier is now an independent MP for Rutherglen and Hamilton West.

Rumours circulating from normally reliable sources that it's lock down for the school half term, mid feb, whilst they try to vaccinate a million and a half of the most vulnerable.

From tomorrow lunchtime.

Bold if true.

1.5m in 6 weeks.....be about right for these useless bastards.

It should be 24/7 utilising football grounds, and all big places and they should be looking to smash that 2m a week number that keeps being referenced.

I wonder how long before this company originally set up by the vaccines deployment minister gets a nice fat Govt contract

FAMILY OF VACCINE MINISTER Sets Up Medical Company

The wife of Vaccine Deployment Minister Nadhim Zahawi is the owner and director of a newly-established medical company, Companies House records show.

The politician resigned his official role in the company in January 2018, after being appointed as an Education Minister, transferring his shares to Lana Saib. It is believed that Zahawi and Zahawi holds a property portfolio of at least £25 million.

Rather than being a rude cunt, please explain it for me please. If Scotland decided to go into full lockdown for a month and none of the rest of the UK did, then who would end up paying for this, would it be divided between everyone?

I wasn't having a dig at the Scots, I don't fully understand the formula and I await your explanation so I can.

Pressed on whether the UK Government would pay for Scotland to go it alone, he said: “That’s not something that has occurred.

"You know how funding to Scotland works, and I’m not aware of any changes to that."

It came as independent forecaster the Scottish Fiscal Commission pointed out SNP ministers are unable to borrow more cash for Covid-19 measures under strict fiscal rules.

As well as the UK funding for the job retention scheme, Holyrood has so far received around £3.5 billion from the UK Government for business support measures such as grants, the SFC said.

An update from the SFC said today: “The UK Government has announced plans to spend an additional £86 billion in 2020-21, to combat the effects of COVID-19.

"The Scottish Government is expected to receive £3.5 billion in consequentials.

“The fiscal responses required by both Governments are highly uncertain as the duration and scale of the response to COVID-19 is unclear.”

It said the cash flowing north from the UK Government - known as Barnett consequentials - “could therefore change significantly”.

And it warned: “With uncertainty about the level of funding received from the UK Government as well as the level of spending required in Scotland, it may be difficult for the Scottish Government to balance spending against available funding within the financial year.”

On borrowing extra cash, it warned: “The Scottish Government cannot borrow to fund any additional COVID-19 related spending.

“The fiscal framework allows the Scottish Government limited borrowing powers which can be used to fund capital spending and to mitigate the effects of forecast error for the devolved taxes and social security benefits.”

Ms Sturgeon was asked repeatedly today if the Scottish Government had spoken to the UK Government about the financial implications of Scotland easing restrictions at a different pace.

Pressed on whether there had been specific discussions about financial support if Scotland went its own way, she told a daily media briefing: "These discussions are ongoing all of the time and they will touch on a lot of different issues.

"The Finance Secretary here talks about the economic interventions all of the time, but we haven't got to a position yet where - it wouldn't be a meaningful discussion for me to phone up the Chancellor and say, 'Hypothetically, if something that we haven't decided yet and therefore don't know the detail of was to happen, what would you do?'

"In a situation like this, in the kind of real world we're dealing in, that's not helpful or meaningful for anybody.

"So we have to work our way through these things in a proper, orderly way."

And I am not sure I agree with the following but maybe you can go and insult them.

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2020/10/19/scotland-wales-should-pay-lockdowns/

Powers have been handed down to Belfast, Cardiff and Edinburgh and they are entitled to use them as they see fit. But there should surely be one condition: they should pay for the consequences.

Lockdown might or might not be an effective way of fighting Covid-19, we can argue about that. However, one point is surely clear: it is shockingly expensive. The UK suffered a 20pc hit to the economy in the second quarter, the toughest period of lockdown.

England will end up having to pay the bill for policies over which it has no control, and that it is not following itself. If Wales and Scotland want a more draconian lockdown that is up to them. But they should also be willing to shoulder the higher taxes and debts that will come with it.

We already have devolved tax powers for the regional assemblies, and in the wake of Covid-19 the time has surely come to increase those.

TLDR.

I like how he spelled out that the reason for closing school was due to the chance of mixing and spreading the virus between the kids, rather than the kids themselves getting seriously sick.

Who knew this.

This.

I wasn't going to let my kids back this week anyway, because I actually know more about how viruses spread than the fucking government had told me for the past 9 fucking months.
