I think that's a rubbish analogy. The policies are being made by Johnson and other politicians and they make no sense. They are not based on evidence. 10pm curfew? I was talking about total number of patients in hospital, it's increasing by 100+ per day. I think the figure you're quoting are the total number admitted each day.
