There's lots of calls for Suella Braveman to resign now. On the basis that her decision that no laws were broken runs contrary to what the police have now concluded and that this suggests that her decision was political in nature and she's put politics above the rule of law.

No 10: The police have made clear they are taking no action against Mr Cummings over his self-isolation and that going to Durham did not breach the regulations. PM has said he believes Mr Cummings behaved reasonably and legally and he regards this issue as closed

These are all relatively minor breaches. Cummings surely has to do the same?

Overall, it's not exactly news, UK was already crowned champions and there were theories Italy may have been underreporting a bit, which would come out in total statistical data.

US numbers are totally confusing, excess deaths are much lower than reported Covid deaths. No mass shootings?

South Korea has tightened restrictions in the metropolitan area of Seoul after a spike in infections. Restrictions had been lifted across the country on 6 May after the outbreak appeared to be brought under control.
