Hearing that Man City are preparing to play their matches behind closed doors because the doors don't open that much anyway.

As others have posted they are so used to playing at home under those conditions they're going to have a big advantage.

My  missus just come back from Asda on Breck Rd, needed some shopping, no loo roll or soap of any kind. Crazy fuckers.

Imagine a real pandemic or major war/catastrophic event, you wouldn't be able to leave your house for all the daft cunts mugging you for your tabs and trabs.

If anyone has got a minor fever or respiratory tract infection they are going to be told to self-isolate for 7 days.

Still a few weeks off listening to them at the press conference area. We’re only doing this once we have a nice spread and have entered the ‘delay’ pahae. Pity, as I’ve got a dry cough, sniffles, but no fever. Much like Gordon.

Cant tell if serious

Yep, unfortunately. Not planning my funeral or anything yet but I’m showing all of the symptoms to suggest it could be this; high fever, shortness of breath, shivers etc.

And if it isn’t covid, it’s certainly a great excuse to sit around in my bills for two weeks and get drunk during the day. Every cloud and all that

The UK Gov't are just incompetent. Surely they should be tested first and checks done on who they've had contact with and where they have been. Just taking the cheapest way out of trying to control it as the person self isolating will be the one using leave or not being paid. Most people will just think they have a mild cold anyway and say fuck that shit.

We had half an inch of snow about ten years ago and the buses stopped.

Far too many people are comfortable/happy being told what to do. They simply can't function without guidance, even in simple tasks. In a scenario as I posted there'd be fucking chaos.

You’ll be fine...

...how do you think you’ve contracted it?

Been spending a lot of time in airports and using public transport/taxis etc in recent weeks. If it is covid, there’s a reasonable chance that had something to do with it. Might just be a regular old cold/flu/bad aids, but you can’t really be sure

Went to the big Tesco today. There was plenty of Andrex left. No pasta though. The prawn crackers section of world foods was totally bare as well.

Plenty of noodles though, which makes you question the fusion food some people round here must be experimenting with.

Coronavirus just reached Poole. Members at The Gym were told a fellow member who had been in there this weekend has tested positive. Imagine hearing that as you leave the steam room!

It's hit Clarks in Poole now. No idea what I'll do if I have a brogue boot based emergency. This just got real for me.
