Why does it keep cutting to Dillian Whyte? Surely he has no future at the moment?

They want him straight back in with Povetkin thats why.

The issue isn't Usyk skills

I'm no fan of Joshua but the best part of 2 stone and 4" in height and reach will be difficult to beat. Especially when he will likely need the judges to win it.

He's not been able to put away a journeyman heavyweight in Chisora and has struggled to keep him away at times. If he gets hit as often as he has tonight or by Bellew against a Legit puncher it will be interesting if he can take them punches.

Never been in trouble here, just not sure he has the power to put out Fury or Joshua though I'd be delighted to see him beat both

Me and you are normally close on scoring. Not tonight. I've it 8-3 Usyk.

Fair enough mate, as I say he showed some moments of class but there were plenty of rounds where he just didn't really do anything. You can't just give a fighter a round because he lands 2 or 3 nice shots.

    • Right back isn't a priority for me. Neco is fine to play cup games and fill in. And to be honest, because of the attacking nature of our fullback and they're almost wingers, I'd ask chamberlain to fill in there. He's more than capable of that and it might actually get him some game time as klopp doesn't want him in midfield.    I agree we need a forward too, especially if there's an AFCON. I've been saying for months, the absolute minimum we needed to do this summer was a centre back, midfielder and attacker and depending how many go out (or the condition of the injured players), maybe a bit more.  If I was choosing between keita and chamberlain, I'd make the same choice too. But as I mentioned above, I'd feel very happy with him covering Trent too. He did a decent job in that role for arsenal and I know when he joined us he didn't want to be dicked about any more and wanted to play a more attacking role, but what's more attacking than performing the role Trent does? And he's at a point where I don't think he can pick and choose. He was fit for a lot of last season and couldn't get a kick, not even off the bench when we couldn't score a goal
    • Terrible apostrophe usage there Doc.  I'd recommend you don't ever move to Wales.   Tony Evans is a bit of strange one though, you're right there.  How he got to be Sports Editor at the Times is a mystery, all seems to have gone a bit downhill from there for him though.
    • Toby Evan's seems to only ever speak about two subjects. Hillsborough and how he's the most scouse person on the planet.   Every professional scouser/wannabe scouser always has links to Scotty Road even if they've lived in Widnes for 40 years. Scotty Road seems to be longer than the M1 if every person who has lived there is not telling lies.    Tony Evan's is always beating the "Scouse not English" drum at every opportunity. He even hates people from other parts of the city who don't have a high enough Scouser factor.   Fuck knows how he is a journalist, he just sounds like some fat taxi driver who hates anyone from outside the city.
    • He plays for Chelsea, not Liverpool, so it’s all good.
    • Very true, any fucker with an agenda shouldn't be involved in making decisions like that. Fucking floppy haired prick.
