This belongs in an amnesty thread but I like the Mariah Carey song, it's just a Phil Spector clone which is no bad thing.

Plus Mariah is a sexy bastard. I'd like to get one of her old microphones & smash it, hard as fuck, right up my arse.

Number 1 is Fairytale of New York. Its not even close.

I could have been someone
Well so could anyone
You took my dreams from me
When I first found you
I kept them with me babe
I put them with my own
Can't make it all alone
I've built my dreams around you

I’ve always loved this verse. Brilliant piece of writing.

Yeah, ace lyrics and fits the double act/duo perfectly. The song always makes me feel sad far Kirsty MacColl and the circumstances surrounding her death, a very talented lady who was taken way too early.

It sums up music for all none boring adults. Those that love christmas but know the pain that comes with it.

Bit dodgy if it can be considered as a Christmas song but it is considered to be so by some, mainly due to the cover and the Video containing a nativity scene. Anyway, it was just on the radio and it's fucking boss.
