Big Game Divock is the new Big Game Dirk.

Add some confidence to his size, pace and power and he can be a nightmare to play against.

For a fringe player once voted in the Ligue 1 Worst XI, that has yet to reach 25 years of age...he's got quite the catalogue of goals already!

I don't fucking believe this.

It is the fucking derby and he does this.

Liverpool: Adrian, Alexander-Arnold, Lovren, Van Dijk, Robertson, Wijnaldum, Milner, Lallana, Shaqiri, Mane, Origi.

Subs: Kelleher, Keita, Firmino, Salah, Gomez, Henderson, Oxlade-Chamberlain

You alright now mate?

Easy as can be really & a much needed rest for a few of the big boys.   Silva might as well pack his bags now.   Hard to believe he's spent so much there.

It's a real pity that Origi doesn't show up more often.   Immense tonight.

Only downside is having Kieta watching Lallana offering fuck all again and Lovrens continuous disruption to our defence.   Sooner we get Gomez back in there the better.

It was a fair enough shout, and one a lot would have/did make....

As it happens some of those who came in were superb and massively exceeded expectations.

Shaqiri was brilliant, some of his touches and close control/quick passing in tight spaces was sublime and it really helped us.

Origi took his goals really well.

Lallana worked hard and was energetic enough before fading.

All in all a job well done, despite sloppiness giving them a bit of hope.

There is always going to be a nervousness around rotation as we have seen in the past that the drop off can be steep, especially when players are coming in like Shaqiri with no game time behind them....but they did well, very well -Klopp got it right, fair do's.
