Maybe staged is the wrong word then -- certainly if you believe the timing was at the forefront, then it was a premeditated attack with a political goal.

People on here have? Didn't realise. I was thinking we might have one or more attacks during this about 48 hours ago but didn't want to say it. We had two last election, won't be surprised if there's at least one more before election day even though I obviously hope that doesn't turn out to be the case.

If you're occasionally looking at twitter latest there's clear footage of the attacker being shot I think, incase you wanted to avoid it (I was hoping to, too late now.)
