The BBC Reality Check Twitter account has done a decent live feed on the debate. It shows that Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson pretty much lied his way through the whole thing.

They should have had it running along the bottom of the screen during the debate.

They should have had them hooked up to a polygraph and had an alarm go off any time he lies followed by getting gunged by the spunk of a thousand elephants.

Just now, Brownie said:

Guardian snap verdict is that Corbyn was better but not enough to change what will be a Tory election win.

To be fair, Boris could have shit himself, smeared some of it on a few audience members, and started shouting England fans song from about 15 years ago "I'd rather be a paki than a Turk" over and over until he was dragged off stage, and they'd probably still win the election.

My approach would be to attack , but Corbyn just doesn't believe in that and isn't going to change , so I suppose you just have to hope that he and his advisors are correct in their strategy.

At the end of the day the likes of us on this thread don't matter so much as we are going to vote with our usual party , but the interesting people are the undecideds who along with the level of voting in younger age groups hold Labour's hopes in their hands in my opinion.
