Self-control is strength. Calmness is mastery. You have to get to a point where your mood doesn't shift based on the insignificant actions of someone else. Don't allow others to control the direction of your life. Don't allow your emotions to overpower your cunt.

A fortnight into No-Nut November and you've ascended into a state of spiritual enlightenment.

Government investing and building an infrastructure is not a bad idea. Government as the only provider of service based on that infrastructure may be. If there is competition for end users, there may be innovation, maybe you will be offered Internet for free if you subscribe to their cloud service etc. A monopoly would not be likely to rake their brains to much how to win you over or keep you.

A key component of wifi was invented by CSIRO an Australian government public sector organisation. Public sector does not prevent innovation. Poor planning and management prevents innovation.

In a nutshell. That's why a Gov't scheme such as free broadband for everyone would be hard to see through to the end. Gov'ts only plan for the cycle they are in power for. They love making promises that have dates 7-10 years ahead, because they know they might not be in power when their so called promised deadlines come about.
