One of the few positives is that Elliot has been possibly our best performer although it isn't saying much. 

 

Its the performance of the squad players, Ox in particular, that is bothering me. He gave away 3 important balls in midfield, one of which ultimately led to the goal.

Decent start to, and we’ve looked quite good going forward. But giving it away cheaply 4-5 times inside your own half in 45 minutes against half decent opposition, and without Van Dijk to get you out of jail, will always bring you in trouble.

In this competition I don't mind the team Klopp has put out. I'd have started with Adrian though and had one or two good options on the bench.

Dont get never giving the youngsters chances then dumping them into the league cup until they bomb out. Think they need time playing in a good team amongst some of the better players. I guess the idea was that Keita and ox would be among the better players. Unfortunately not.
