Aye, it does. Depends how you pronounce it, I suppose. @cloggypop can you assist?

im split between Henk and Chenk

either way, fungussy

Belgian version is softer but it is basically from the back of the throat like you are just about to hack up a big greeny.

It's similar to the last sound of an uber Scal asking for a Topic.

4 magnificent goals, delighted for Chamberlain, huge moment for him personally after the injury to reintroduce himself, both cracking goals but, fuck me, that 2nd is something you see out of a football film or something, absolutely breathtaking. Mane’s goal was brilliant as was Mo’s, reminiscent of rolling slab head at home to Leicester 17-18 season. Keita was boss. Good win, onto weekend.

Much better 2nd half... really well taken goals.

Chamberlain's was exquisite, the other two really well taken too.

Irritating that we let in a sloppy goal and thought we were a bit sloppy in first half, too many little flicks not coming off and underhit balls - plus we shouldn't be being opened up by long straight balls.

But we were much better and exerted our quality in 2nd half.

That fucking banner - beauts.

That also happened quite a bit in the second half too. I was wondering if it was due to the pitch, as the longer the game went on the better the passing became.

Naby was fantastic.

Played a lot better in the second half. It was like he had read my earlier post and stopped trying to rush everything. Looked a lot more composed on the ball and a lot stronger when challenged/challenging. It will certainly give us options against the lesser teams if Jürgen starts to rotate the squad a bit, which is something he'll have to do after the next International break leading into December.

Reasonably good performance on the whole, and certainly better in the second half than in the first. There is still an air of sloppiness about us that needs to be eradicated before it starts to fester.

Two well taken goals from Ox (especially the second which was an extremely deft touch) although his overall game was neither hear nor there. He was tidy but he didn't seem to offer the attacking threat from midfield that might buy space for the forwards. Keith on the other hand was very good and actually got stronger as the game went on. Some very tidy play in tight situations.

A weird first half for the forwards. There were long spells where the were not gelling. Bobby was dropping very deep and Sadio was too narrow so these two were only getting space by going away from the goal. Even so, we did have a few moments of excellent link-up play, not least between these two to put Sadio through on goal. The ball got caught under his feet a little and the defender was all over him so he couldn't get a telling shot away.

We starting to find some rhythm in the second half and the goals for Sadio and Mo were a reflection of that. Both came after some very good link-up play and well-timed finishing.

Back to the sloppiness, and we got caught by the long ball on a couple of occasions in the first half. Genk also had a goal disallowed for a tight offside in the build-up. They got a goal at the end and it was mainly down to Lovren dithering out wide on the right before being robbed of the ball. He needed to either Ramos it and get a cheap free kick, or get the ball out of play. Needlessly getting caught out of position created the only real blot on the night as we failed to secure a clean sheet.
