I just  think we need to mix it up a bit. We’ve looked much better as a side in the past couple of games when Origi is on the pitch. Fabinho also looked tired in the second half tonight.

Biggest test of the season so far, this. These are decent, they’re in good form and we’re not looking like the well oiled machine we’ve grown accustomed to. Hopefully Brendan finds a way to fuck it up.

Expect a very tough game here. They’ll stay compact I guess, and try to hit us on the break, where they are very dangerous.

 

The big question is if we have the energy to counter press high up the field to win it back immediately when we loose it. That will be key, to both defence and attack.

Rodgers won't be as adventurous as RB Salzburg were, no way. He'll try to defend and hit us on the break away from home. I fully expect us to deal with that and sneak this game by the odd goal or two. Hopefully Vardy loses his head and gets sent off, the Albert Steptoe lookalike cunt.

They are a capable side , but their only 'difficult' aways so far ended in a 1-1 at Chelsea and a 1-0 defeat at Old Trafford so not that scary.
