Annoyingly it's something they started doing when the dropped to 10 episodes per season.

 

There will be a 2 week gap between episodes 7 & 8, just so know in advance.

Any news on a series @Dynamite?

Nothing solid, just reports that season 25 will be aired early next year, with 1 more special making up season 24 to go along with the 3 specials already released. I'm guessing they'll split the season, with 5 or so episodes in the first half of the year, before the second half of the season airs toward the end of 2022.

 

The other special is lined up for December, but as yet, I haven't seen confirmation of a date - It'll air on Paramount+ as the Post Covid special did.

 

We know that they've been renewed until 2027 with the aim of reaching 30 seasons, plus they have 14 "movies" as part of the deal too. The Post Covid special and the special in December are 2 of the 14, with Matt & Trey saying that they plan to release at least 2 of these "movies" each year up until 2027.
