Im not sure about Scottish League regulations but in England, a club can only take one loanee from the parent club per season ie no one English club could have 2 Liverpool loanees in their squad at the same time.

 

So unless there's no such rule in Scotland, it would only be one at a time and have to agreed to the player playing in something like 75% of first team games. They're the same conditions we apply to any of the young lads going out on loan. If they dont play, the club doing the loan has to pay us an additional fee.
