Fuck me, another day, another shirt arrived and it’s smaller than the previous one!

Length - 76cm

Width - 52cm.

I’m paranoid it’s me but it’s not.

Player version this time. £16 and it’s yours. PM me.

Does the final product come with the badge/Nike Swoosh on them? Whenever i look on their they are missing. Hesitant to buy if they are missing.

Always there Pete.

They just hide them in the pics.

Ahh, good stuff, and embroidered too rather than the shitty stick on one on the home kit.  Might have to get one of these.

It's an embroidered badge on the red strip too if you buy the right one. The players kits have the stickers. The fans kits have the embroidered badges.

That Barcelona shirt highlights the problem with having a new shirt every season. Eventually you have to resort to crazier and crazier designs.

They'll have a home shirt for their CL campaign which is even worse.

Awful. There's also a will to completely break tradition on footy kits recently, much like there was in the mid-90s.

90s fashions are back big style at the moment so pobably why the kit designers are following suit.  Absolutely fucking rubbish.

Dont understand why loads of national teams fuck around with their traditional colours. France, Holland, Portugal, England, Germany, Italy and Scotland keep messing around with their colour schemes.

Saw someone say during the last world cup it's because of tv but none of the South American teams ever break with their traditional kit colours.

Some myopic jobsworth at FIFA recommended it around 2006, but somehow it never applies to Brazil.

They played in their usual yellow blue red the other night. Wish I hadn't watched that game as it was shite.

I've still got the Umbro one from 1994 which is genius. Got a Lotto one from 2003 bought for me but it's nowhere near as class as the USA94 one.

Colombia have had yellow, white and red home kits over the years, though. The Umbro World Cup ‘94 kits were better than the Adidas ones. The Diadora Italy home kit was ace, too.

I'm sure there was some woeful decision made going into the 2010 or 2014 world cup where one colour was the norm ie Italy and France play in all blue, England and Germany in al white, The Netherlands in all orange, Spain in all red etc but i assumed that was jibbed off as it was awful. Pretty sure it didn't apply much in 2018 either. But i noticed, up until yesterday Italy had played in all blue and in the England  v Scotland game they could easily have gone with blue shorts for England and white for Scotland, but they didn't. There must be something definitive out there.

I saw the new home kit on Friday in a sports store. Whilst it doesn't look as bad as I thought there's no way I'd pay the asking price for it.  I feel sorry for all the parents out there that have to fork out for a new kit every year. Especially if they are buying for more than one child.

It'd be nice if the club could maybe change one kit per season or even have a period where they keep the kits the same for at least 3 seasons, but I guess they'd lose money

That's where our Chinese brethren step in.

4 kits for the price of one.
