According to someone on another forum who has seen the kits, that is not the actual away shirt but rather the pre-match shirt. The away shirt will be the same colour though.

Standard chartered sponsor only the match shirt don't they? Everything else classes as training kit and is sponsored by AXA?

That the phrase “the pre-match shirt” is even a thing is hallmark the shitness of modern football.

The players supposed to warm up pre match naked then?

They've been wearing pre match tops, shirts or whatever you want to call them since they stopped the routine of running out and having a 5 minute run around before kick off. I make that since about 1976 if not a season or two earlier as the first time I saw a team do a warm up 30 minutes before kick off was Monchengladbach in the UEFA Cup Final 1st leg in 73.

I think there was a time where they were called track suit tops. Then maybe training kit. The fact it is now called pre match kit, is part of the shitness of modern football because it's different to training kits - which by the way are changed twice per season now!

Would like to think you’re not so obtuse as to miss that the reference was in the clear context of selling every single separate piece of kit to people who aren’t involved in the pre-match warm-up, because they aren’t LFC players.

Would like to think that.

But what makes you fashion police and deciding what fans should not want to wear? No one is forced to buy any piece of kit, not even a parent with kids and yes, Ive had 2. You just learn to say no, same as you say dont put your hand in the fire.

The fact the design is fucking awful means any right thinking person wont buy it anyway.
