Ha never knew that last bit mate. 

 

Reminded me of Jimmy Magee for Irish Tv's commentary on Maradona's second against England in 86. He dubbed it later for the highlights show as he was talking by phone for it i think. Here's the Original. Its still my favourite piece of commentary.

I remember when we were linked with him, and it seemed as thought it was either him on Henderson. I don't think I'd even heard of Jones and I'd barely heard of Henderson, and yet the fees were somewhere between £15-20m, probably because the Andy Carroll deal 6 months earlier had skewed the figures upwards.

Roma chief executive Guido Fienga has praised his players’ “superb gesture” after they volunteered to forgo four months’ salary to help the club during the coronavirus pandemic.

The players, manager Paulo Fonseca and his staff will also pay the difference to ensure all club staff placed on furlough receive their full salary.
