Doubt that would ever happen, there's no repercussions or consequences for a ref being shit. 

 

With the players its a constant arms race, trying to improve and get better year in year, if they aren't up to scratch they are binned. 

Refs do as they please and will still be there the following weekend. Barring getting caught match fixing or saying something racist they have a guaranteed job for life in the prem.

I wouldn't be too confident about it going past any decision CAS make mate, the Swiss high court rarely get involved unless they themselves deem that other Courts have held an unfair trial. They also won't give a fuck about any threats made by a bunch of cunt billionaires stamping their feet.

Until its heard in court they'll be in. 

There's no date yet, they'll be in next year. Can't see the case and appeals being sorted in time, especially with travel issues with viruses etc.
