I dont think you see alonso sent of for chelsea at home in the PL for that challenge. PL refs are so shit.

Come on. We regularly witness champions league refs who outcunt PL refs by some considerable margin

I'm getting a sense that Chelsea's season is about to crash, and Lampard will be gone this summer.

They need a clean-out, from top to bottom, as there's something rotten at that club.

Let’s beat them in the cup before writing them off!

A giant pile of plastic flags.

No flags tonight the cheap cunts. Piss poor mid table club now. Nice to see them being stuffed.

‘When Bayern were comfortably overcome 3-1 by Liverpool in the second leg of their last-16 meeting at home last season, they looked a tired side in need of rejuvenation.’

This shite is on the BBC site tonight, with no mention made of the fact that they may just well have been made to look that way by the eventual winners of the competition who have since gone on a ridiculous run and look odds on to win the league.

We’re so lucky never to face a decent side in anything we do.

He makes a few mistakes defensively, but then so do Robbo and TAA. When you play in a good team with good CB's and a M/F ahead of you it isn't a great problem and he plays exactly like TAA and Robbo do utilising his pace.

This game is funny as fuck, because Bayern have literally bummed a very naively managed Chelsea. If we are to progress I wouldn't be afraid of Bayern though. They are capable of very mediocre performances in the league this season and will always give up chances to attack minded teams like ourselves.

Hopefully we get a chance to see him up against Salah and TAA at some point this season.

First time I've seen him this season, but I've watched him a few times with Canada, and he looks like he's going to be a great player.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Davies is a world class left back. I'm offended no one tagged me after his evisceration of Chelsea so that I could collect the plaudits.

Mate, he plays for Bayern Munich... Hardly obscure.

I’m equally surprised nobody tagged me after Messi scored that free kick against us last season. I’ve been saying for years he’s a good player.

Just saw Tranmere's winner against Shrewsbury last night. The stands were half empty. Where are all the gegs who game to Anfield and why isn't their chairman moaning that they never sell out instead of slagging Liverpool off for reducing ticket prices in the replay?

Sad cunts, he's average and only on loan.

They made the move permanent in January.

He's good going forward but isn't the greatest defender. A bit like Trent to be honest.

You don't understand how unlikely his success is. He signed a year ago from the MLS as a raw kid. He wasn't even a left back. He's now one of the best in the world at that position. He's already the best Canadian player ever, ffs.

He looked very good going forward.
