He's not looked anything special when used before, probably equivalent of that Jorghino at Chelsea. Burley's MF has been piss poor, just let them have the ball and waltz through most of the time.

He’s been winning every second ball in midfield, tackiing and breaking up most of Burnleys attempted counter attacks, closing down and pressing, and winning his fair share in the air. Also his distribution has been first class, including many forward passes in behind the opposition midfield.

Very similar to Fabinho I’d say, looks a class act. Based on this game that is, as mentioned haven’t seen much of City this season.

"We play Liverpool at home next and that will be great to turn the corner by picking up points. I think if you look at the players, we have a very good squad, one of the best we have ever had, but at the moment it has not been great. There is so much more to come and we need to show on the pitch what we can do.

"The Premier League is tough and teams like this are so hard to break down so that’s why we need that bit of magic. We want to thank the fans who stayed to applaud us after the game and we have to make sure we fight for them on Saturday."

Thats right you fucks. Turn in a dog turd of a performance tonight but get yourselves right up for it for us. This fucking league.

He's been injured a bit, but like I said, nothing special in the other games I've noticed him in. He was utter shite against us.

I have to say, I expected better from someone who was convicted of racially abusing a police officer after being caught drink driving.

Didn't he lose a role with the BBC as well?

Ironic that he's going to find it hard to get future work with all these incidents. I'm sure he still has enough in the bank, but he's not that old and fools and their money are soon parted.
