Cant see how they've ruled him off. Spurs defender looks like playing him on. Though I'm having buffering issues with streams

Watching it on Sky Germany in UHD, Lundstrom's toe, all of about 3 cm's was judged to be offside, pathetic decision from VAR imo. Spurs have been wank apart from Son trying and being gifted a goal by Stephens in SU defence. Kane has been Über dogshit.

Goal chalked off as 1cm of his boot was offside.

Which is offside.   Unbelievable the amount of people crying over it because he's "just offside."

Wilson’s goal was great, but he really needs to get involved a bit more.

Yep, obviously a very talented player but he tends to play on the fringes a bit too much.

We never had this var rubbish when I was a lad. You'd just have an apple, glass of milk and sit on front of the tv and enjoy a real game of football. And your team would actually play on a saturday too.

You need a degree in computing just to understand what's going on nowadays.

edit : fuck off Everton.

That's because you save your whinging for our own manager and players when we aren't leading or playing like Brazil 70 in every match.

The armpit is where all the action is these days, not the shoulder. Keep up with the programme.

It looks as though the shoulder or head are further forward than the knee?

I'm not sure how they can keep it as is, but changing it simply to standing foot instead of body parts might simplify it.

1-1 now, shit defending from Spurs....what will VAR do with this, cross just went straight in. Oh a player had his fingernail about a mm offside. Nah 1-1

Hang on, VAR having another look now...goal stands.

Yes it's offside, but they're using the wrong parts of defenders bodies to justify the lines they use. And now Sheffield score again.

Plucky Spurs working hard to protect that point.

Every time the ball lands at Kane's feet it just slows their whole momentum down as he looks to try and work a scoring position instead of a player in space or better placed.

Sheff United looked good, they also are at home to the mancs next, can see them winning that.

Bitters won 2-1 and are at home to Norwich next, a game which they should win. They'll be banging on about Europe after that.

    • Liverpool Football Club would like to update supporters on ticket refunds following the UK government's confirmation of support for the potential of a return of professional football. As we informed you on April 20, all supporters who have purchased tickets from LFC for any of our remaining four Premier League home games will receive a refund for the cost of their ticket(s). Refunds will also be provided to those supporters who have purchased a ticket for our away game against Everton and/or the Liverpool FC Women’s game against Everton Women at Goodison Park.   The general principles of the refund process are set out below: Season ticket holders and official Members Season ticket holders will receive a full pro rata refund for all remaining home games, while Members who have purchased tickets on a match-by-match basis will receive a refund for any of the matches that they have purchased tickets for.  Seasonal and matchday hospitality  Hospitality season ticket holders will receive a full pro rata refund for all remaining home games. Those supporters who have purchased tickets for matchday hospitality for any remaining home fixtures will also be refunded.  All other supporters with tickets Fans who do not fall into one of the above groups but have purchased a match ticket for any of the remaining fixtures will receive a full refund. Any fans who have purchased tickets for LFC Foundation’s charity match between Liverpool FC Legends and Barça Legends, which was scheduled to take place at Anfield in March, will be contacted separately in due course. We are currently working through the most effective process to issue refunds given the complexities and considerations of the various payment methods used when tickets were purchased.  We will be contacting each affected ticket holder during the course of the next 14 days to provide more information on the refund process based on the category of ticket they have purchased. We ask that all supporters wait to receive further correspondence from the club and refrain from contacting us regarding refunds in the meantime. We would like to thank supporters for their patience and understanding while we carry out the refund procedure.   Finally, our priority remains the health and wellbeing of our people, the local community and all supporters during this challenging time and we hope that you all are staying safe and healthy.
    • I think Mane is/was much more likely to leave.  Salah has made a move to a "big club" (yes, it's Chelsea, but they'd won the CL only 2 years previous) and have it all go wrong, so I think he'll be more wary of moving when he's on to a really good thing already.  Mane though might see this as his only chance to play for Real or Barca (that's still a thing isn't it)
    • I listened to the podcast, I thought they were pretty much all in favour of the restart. Custis raised (and not unreasonably imo) the idea of what you do if you start and need to stop again and perhaps this should be sorted before we start playing. Personally I disagree with that as if someone gets "safe" the have a vested interest in getting the season stopped.
    • It amazes me just how much emotional effort rival fans put into the hatred of us. Yes I hate our rivals but nowhere near to the degree of obsession they appear to have for us.    Imagine being so consumed by hate for a fucking sports team and their fans that you even ruin christmas by wearing a blue santa suit ffs or having a lethal fear of the colour red.    You just know that even when their not talking about us it consumes them when they are doing something else as I bet my house that something will happen and the first thing they will relate it to is us.
