I just find arsenal fans insufferable. They say we have a sense of self entitledment but fuck me, they beat us hands down there.

This was one of those cup finals I wanted both to lose. Yeah, impossible I know but even the least worst option is bad because as I said, arsenal fans truely are an arrogant bunch. All their fucking 'hooooooof!' chants through the 2000's, they forget all the boring shite they played through the 60's, to Wenger's appointment.

Couldnt stand lampard as a player and I cant stand him as a manager. I truely believe he will be out of a job in 18 months. He sneaked into the CL and all the players abramovic is buying, he'll be under incredible pressure to win something very quickly.

I hope he stretches it out for a while. Manages to finish within 15 points of the top next season, maybe picking up the League Cup, with an entertaining team that just isn’t robust enough to win the biggest prizes. Or inexperienced, as many will say. Before you know it, he’s spent four seasons of sideways movement in charge.

Classic example of hoooof was Robbie Keane goal down there the other year.

Love how Chelsea think Chillwell will sort their defence out, he was shite for leicester before his injury and will cost a packet. They need at least one decent CB, possibly two. Zouma and Rudiger can't handle pace and Christensen isn't all that. Alonso and Azpilicueta aren't that good if asked to defend.

Chilwell is a good left back. He had a bit of a poor run but he’s still very young and you get that from young players. Both Zouma and Rudiger are very quick actually, but they’re not the best defenders. That Tomori kid looked decent for them, don’t know why he got dropped. Their young right back James is a pretty scary prospect though. He looks like he’s got it all.

Making a habit of bottling finals at Wembley as a manager is Frankie boy.

Been the favourite in both the playoff final and FA Cup final and fucked up both of them

Add in the Super Cup and I can see one of those "well did you know..." infographics on Sky Sports News in Frank's future.

Oops, I just realised he's a plucky Ingerland underdog. My bad.

Drinking with the twats in the Thirlmere in 89, saw them after the game and they said this must be be your worst night...

Really!

Treating The Internet as a place, Arsenal fans have been unquestionably the worst about Liverpool's recent success. They are sufficiently numerous to be ubiquitous, in contrast to Everton, Man City and even Chelsea fans. Man Utd fans are everywhere as well, but their dismay at Liverpool's glory is tempered by the acceptance that they've had a good run and can anticipate having a good run again some time in the future. Arsenal fans, on the other hand, are heading into their 17th year without the title and it's not hard to see that rumbling on for another 17. And boy, has that made them bitter. Enjoy Thursday night football, lads!

Yeah, Reece James is excellent.  Three quality English right backs all at once.  Trent, Aarons and James.  fortunately we have the best of the bunch.

Now come on, the authority that is Glenn Hoddle says they were more for a match for us at the Super Cup and Fwank, who had nothing to spend ( but the club spent loads right before the ban ) was terribly unlucky.

He posed the question “ what did Klopp win in his first season? Nothing “ conveniently forgetting the difference between what Klopp inherited and Fwank

Yeah, this whole ‘poor little hard done to Chelsea’ thing really gets in my tits. They spent £100m in 2019, including £40m on Kovacic during a transfer ban (how did that work?!), Fwank inherited a strong squad including 3 World Cup winners, multiple PremierLeague winners, more international midfielders than you can shake a stick at, £71m goalkeeper, and a crop of outstanding youngsters (by virtue of dodgy youth recruitment practices that got them the transfer ban in the first place). Yet Fwank is portrayed as some sort of plucky underdog!

Ahh well, come on Real. Hope they knock out those cheats next Friday them get dumped out themselves. I wonder what City fans will say if Ramos injures Sterling or de Bruyne.

If they get past City only Bayern will stop them winning it again.

25/1 to win it. It'll be 7/2 or 4/1 if they beat City.

Juventus are shit, Leipizig aren't good enough, Barcelona can't defend, Atalanta can't defend (wouldn't be surprised if they got rid of PSG though), Atletico will shit the bed in the semis, PSG and City are never winning this.

Bayern or Real to win it.

It was a loan with obligation to buy, and those terms were agreed before they had the transfer ban slapped on them.

I think Atletico win it and we face them next year in the final.

One of my brother in laws is Arsenal and we met up with him last night. He was buzzing after the win and proposed a toast to "The two champions of England" for which he was highly ridiculed by me.

Thank goodness the Charity Shield is only 4 weeks away. We've just gone into lockdown again. The more footy the better at this stage!

Teams in League One and the Championship consider winning their respective leagues a bigger trophy than the FA Cup now more than ever. PL clubs only play their strongest teams in the semi final and final.

I loved the FA Cup but to me, it just isnt an elite trophy any more. Yesterday was the first FA Cup final since the 60's I wasnt really up for watching although I did to keep my record going.

If clubs played second string teams in the CL or EL, would most people be delirious about winning them?

That’s City winning it then.
