Early days but the sign of a good manager is one who improves the players he already has and by extension the team. Arsenal are a dumpster fire.

 

Perhaps not the best policy of appointing a manager on the basis of his former boss being a great manager? I think they used to refer to it as appointment by association. 'Oh you worked for xxx, well they're great so you must be great too'.
