Started right after they paid him a wage so large no club will want to take him either. Fantastic.

It’s exactly what they did with Rooney under Moyes, but far more chronic due to the position involved.

Henderson is a much better keeper than De Gea. Hopefully United keep DDG and sell him because he is going to be an outstanding keeper.

Much rather Jordan concentrated on getting the next two wins than carving a new career at the back

what???

That and run quickly in a straight line. That's about it.

I think we all recognise what's happening with United's fanbase and players like James. It happened to us not too long ago.

When you're poor, for some reason as fans you tend to blame the players based on expectations rather than quality. So we would celebrate the likes of Maxi Rodriguez and Lucas, and blame Gerrard for our failings, in the same way that United fans celebrate James and McTominay and blame Pogba for all their problems.

Actually, it's hard to find a Gerrard in their squad, a player with real quality, but Pogba probably comes closest. Was just thinking through that squad to find a player to finish the analogy and ... they really are poor, top to bottom, aren't they?

I want to like it, but football without fans is utter shit isn't it. Certainly where LFC isn't involved.

Appropriately enough for summer time, it's like watching The Emirates Cup.

There's a real disconnect about it. Someone said to me earlier it's a bit like watching golf on TV.

It should be better watching us.

It doesn't help that the players clearly aren't match fit yet and are pretty rusty. It only adds to the 'friendly' feel about it.

Absolutely set up for Pogba to come on the man's to get a iffy penalty. Him to score it and the wank fest of the Pogba,-Fernando's midfield to start.

Slackjaw doing fuck all for Spurs

And that tugboat paced pound land John Terry looking shite as per for the mancs.

Always said if he can stand on the edge of the area doing all those 'English Braveheart' defending he looks fine but up against pace, pulled out of the area he's a fucking liability
