Watford back to losing after their performance against us. Who'd have thought?

 

There's an annoying theme in our games vs the lesser lights, they seem to play very well and the TV analysts all say "oh if they keep playing like that they'll be alright". Same thing with Bournemouth today, just as it was vs Watford, West Ham, Norwich, Southampton etc. Come the next game and these teams revert to shite and get beat against another lowly team. Either these teams are playing way above their usual level when they play us, or we're just playing shite but still scraping wins. Probably a bit of both.

The latter. Combined with the fact that it's easier to sit deep and play on the counter than trying to keep the ball and build the play up that way.

Always easier for most teams to play a back 6 and 3 sitting midfielders within 30 yards of your goal against us than to try and win the game vs Palace most weeks. Look how often we have 75% possession 16 shits but they get two good chances and the studio are talking how great they've been and unlucky to be 1 nil down

Our plan a was broken the last few games. And gini and robbo got relegated and they turned out fine. Antonio is a fine player.

These refs are fucking atrocious. They just make it up as they go along. The premier League and ELF needs to come together and tell them and the FA to get their shit together or else they'll start employing refs from other european countries to replace them.
