I watched (on telly, they're from Zaragoza) a game between Ebro (third tier) and Leganés (shit La Liga side) last week.

 

It was at Ebro's ground. They appeared to be playing on a five a side pitch. Absolutely no-one gave a fuck. Players, fans, even the commentators who spent the game chatting about local food. Leganés knocked it about like they were warming up for an actual game. If it wasn't for a hilarious howler from the Ebro keeper it would have finished 0-0.

 

The cup competitions are a complete no go for betting on favourites. Prices are always awful.

I don’t know about that last bit. The team (never heard of the cunts) that are currently smashing Sevilla 3-0 look like they were good value at 8/1.
