Interesting. I would like to see the full season figures and how many points have been gained/lost as a result of VAR overturns . I suspect the result we will find is that after all the hysteria VAR won't have made that much difference to where the teams finish in the table

Chelsea V arsenal tonight and I didn't even know. Normally one of the biggest fixtures but a complete irrelevance now.

Was saying something similar on one of the other threads a while back.

Up until fairly recently my Saturday and Sunday were full of worry relating to games played by Man City, Man Utd, Spurs, Arsenal and Chelsea and how they related to whether we would get a CL place.

Now I breeze through the weekend just worrying about our game & barely take notice of any result bar Man City , and those slight concerns may be getting ditched soon the way things are going.

ps I still hope Everton get caned at every opportunity.

The player who has got better and better the longer he was out. City obviously not going to concede again this season.

Pep is obviously trying to get him game time ahead of the Champions League.

He is the best defender in the history of the game at this point. Has never, will never make an error.

As the camera pannned across the Everton crowd a moment ago, you could have slowed it and set it to Gary Jules’ Mad World.

Quote

All around me are familiar faces
Worn out places, worn out faces
Bright and early for their daily races
Going nowhere, going nowhere
Their tears are filling up their glasses
No expression, no expression
Hide my head, I want to drown my sorrow
No tomorrow, no tomorrow
