The confusing play-off system for Euro 2020 means that we are guaranteed at least one other team that has never qualified for a major tournament before. Play-off Path D includes Georgia, Belarus, North Macedonia and Kosovo, so one of those will definitely be at Euro 2020. The play-off system is based on how teams did in that UEFA Nations League tournament which took place last season. The ones that did well in that still have a chance of qualifying even if they don't manage to qualify outright from the regular qualifying tournament.

 

UEFA's new president did promise to increase the chances for some smaller teams to qualify for major tournaments without making the tournament larger. It's fair to say he has done that. What it does for the overall quality of Euro 2020 remains to be seen as there will be more teams setting up so as not to get thrashed.

Can’t believe Davis skies the penalty, he usually rolls them in, rarely goes hard. Bottled it unfortunately.

I'd still rather Ox was getting a rest mate. Playing TAA again is just ridiculous, especially in a game of little importance. Although Kane and Sterling will try to score every time they have the ball and pass to nobody else the majority of the time. 

 

I bet he's only playing TAA as he has Trippier pencilled in as a starter come next summer.

Had to laugh at Koeman saying his comments were misinterpreted at the first game. Not sure how much interpretation is needed in ' They were a disgrace , absolutely horrible ' Trump has a lot to answer for.
