I've been looking myself but apart from the score/scorers there is nothing as far as a report goes, substitutions and why. I'm sure we'll know more by the morning.

Like I said, those Africans love using a stretcher to take a player off the field regardless if he's injured badly or not. Stretcher bearers are probably on some kind of bonus scheme.
