Pepe, yes. He's a no brainer in terms of quality and he would fit our style extremely well.

 

Fernandes, no. He strikes me as one of those "looks great in the Portuguese league" type players but I doubt he would even come close to replicating that in a top league. What is good about him, though, is that he has end product and still runs a lot. You don't see many of those.

Sporting have replaced Fernandes with some lad called Pedro Goncalves. Wolves bought him 5 years ago when he was 17 but let him go a few years back to a second division Portuguese team. Anyway he’s tearing it up this season, top goal scorer in the league (he plays centre mid) & Sporting are top of the table. Defo one to watch.
