Why didn't they give tickets out at the turnstile? Didn't something similar happen a few years ago with even more locked out?

 

Surely they're not that skint that they can't print tickets.

Happened against Orient in the FA Cup a few seasons ago.

It was a bit of a fuck up at millwall i thought. we got there for kick off, and we got ushered to the far part of the stand (where the kick off was by their fans). There were not enough seats there either, so everyone congregated on the stairs, contributing to the trouble.

At millwall they didn't even have seat numbers so they couldn't do reserved seats!

Also happened when Brazil played Japan in the mini-tournament there. Good few years ago as well. And still they do not learn.

I went to that one, they didnt open some of the stands as a big crowd wasnt expected then too many turned up. Meant the embarrassment of thousands locked out and whole stands empty inside.
