It's certainly the thing to consider every transfer window when a club is going for a player you like and think we should sign.

 

We seem to have clear profiles for each position and tend not to deviate from that too much especially for 'major' signings.

Incredible news, heralding a golden few years to come.

 

Pretty clear now that Klopp only having a contract for a few more years shouldn’t be seen as a sign he’s definitely off at the end of it, rather that he will be checking in with himself, his own energy levels, his wife’s desire to stay in England etc every couple of years from now on before committing in shorter bursts than his earlier deals. Perfectly feasible in 2 years, based on the above still being in the same place, he may decide to extend again.

 

Wouldn’t be surprised if he ended up on a rolling contract at some point if he keeps feeling things are where he would want them to be from his and our sides.
