Is that the name of a tribute band?

Yes. They used to be called 'The Champagne Super Ugly Cunts' until they had to kick your maa out for passing shake & vac off as beak and selling it to disabled kids.

Fuckin' amazing. Paraphrasing one of the comments, 'you know you're rocking when there's steam coming off your drummers.'

I practice being on Ken Bruce’s tracks of my years quite frequently, so this is a piece of cake.

The La’s - There she Goes

Neil Young - Heart of Gold

Bruce Springsteen - Badlands

Bob Dylan - Love Minus zero/no Limit

Radiohead - Fake plastic trees

Bruce Springsteen - Tougher than the rest

Oasis - Rocking Chair

Don Henley - Boys of summer

The Beatles - A day in the life

Fred Neil - Everybody’s talkin’

Repped for placing the artist prior to the name of the track, as it should be.

My favourite live band for years now. Just incredible. First time I saw them was just the one drum kit set up front stage, Petey playing guitar as bass and Brigid on keys. As soon as they finished setting up just straight into it. Sweat flying off John within minutes. Woooooo.......

Cost me less than 10 euros in the little room upstairs in the Paradiso in Amsterdam.

Real tough. In no particular order, and will probably change by the time I finish posting this. I’m approaching this in a desert island disc type of way. Like if I was to curate a 10 track playlist to listen to for the rest of my life what would it currently look like.

1. The Beatles - In My Life

2. Prince - Purple Rain

3. Tom Waits - All the World is Green

4. Sylvester - Over and Over

5. Mr Fingers - Can You Feel It

6. Roy Ayers - Liquid Love

7. Madvillain - Figaro

8. The Joubert Singers - Stand on The Word

9. Radiohead - No Surprises

10. Flying Lotus - Robertflack

Another one here, I have all 659 albums they released this week. No filler!

They're playing London soon(ish) and can’t wait, I think they play The Paradiso the same week.

Lazy fuckers should have another one out next week.

How he produces the quality he does, while constantly touring and also running Castle Face records is amazing.

Their KEXP set (and Ride's and Idles' and Parquet Courts') was brilliant. Not seen them live yet, I don't think they're touring near me either, sadly.
